No. You do not need to download or install any software to participate in our conference. You only need to have access to the Internet.
On May 19, 25-26th, you can chat LIVE with exhibitors from 1:300 p.m. to 2:00 p.m. and again after each LIVE day for 30 minutes following the end of the last session. The event will remain open through August 26 so you can return and check out all of the resources and different team booths (note: chat features will not be available after May 26th).
All sessions will have an interactive component via a chat, Q&A with the speaker, or ability to contact the speaker or other attendees.
Our technology partner will have experts to address any issue before and during the event. Just click on the "Technical Assistance" button on your screen after you register or ask at the Information Booth. If you need other assistance call our hotline, you'll find information on our website
We will record all sessions and will save them to be able to share with anyone who missed a session, or started their internship following the Boatwright Summit.
It is highly encouraged that all interns attend and participate in all sessions offered over the course of the 4-day Summit. Each session was crafted to be an informative resource to benefit and enhance your internship experience.
Attendees earn points for participation and those with the highest participation will have a chance to win a prize. For example, 100 points for completing the primary conference survey accessible via the platform menu bar, 200 points to log in to the event, 500 points for watching a session.
We recognize that there is a lot going on during your internship but ask that you give your undivided attention each day during the LIVE sessions. Participating in the Exhibit hall is at your discretion.
